1994 Ford Tempo hard to start

Hard to start. To make it start I have to step on the gas. Once the car starts the RPM inside the pannel moves up and down and then stables to normal. When car is running sometimes it turns off, it also stops at stop sings. After it stops i start it and it works.

can you help me find out whats wrong with my car??

Test the fuel pressure if okay-could be an ignition component/s problem-start with the crankshaft sensor-check its resistances/gap
