1994 Ford Tempo fuel injectors

I have the factory fuel pressure up to the injectors and it still wont start if I give it a quick shot of starting fuild it will fire right up I have checked all the hoses and wires.whats next?

Best check if the injector/s are energizing by using a noid lite on the harness
