The fuse is good. But we are not getting power to the switch to turn the blower on.

so when did this happen? any other issues before or after this problem? you can try tracing the wire back to fuse box?or just drop box and look for burnt wire on back. the tempo system is famous for burnt off melted connectors on blower circuit! you can also just run a heavy hot wire from battery to fan switch.
