1994 Ford Tempo automatic seatbelt

Just recently the automatic shoulder belt stopped working. When you open the door, the shoulder belt doesnt come forward. The passenger side door works perfectly fine though.

Belt motor is triggered by door switch. Cant see any reason to put each door on separate circuit. Never seen a motor fail with that low mileage although odometer turns over at 99999.
