The only way to know for sure is to remove the head and have it magnafluxed because if the gasket is bad there is always a possiblity of the head itself being damaged as well. When the head is removed you can inspect the gasket. But a simple quick test is to, with engine hot, remove dipstick and drop a bit of oil on hot manifold or other hot part of engine, oil will smoke and water will sizzle. Signs of water/antifreeze in oil is an indication that head gasket is leaking.
