1993 Ford Tempo runs rugh

Hey guys it's me again. Full of problems. Anyway does anyone have any ideas why my car would run really rugh when I stop at lights? Thought it was the plugs but I guess I was wrong. I think it might be the o2. If someone could give me a hand that would be great.

Im not quite sure but I know a place that will tell you all you need to know go to site: www. Tempotopaz. Com they will have any info you need and will help you in any way mechanicly and other ways tell them tempoman1990 has sent you there. Im a member there.
