it feels like my steering jumps a gear when turning hard right.slight wobble at slow speeds.ball joint maybe?Tie rod?When I jack it up I can move the whole system,strut and all a little bit.

things that might cause problem are ball joint, wheel bearing, lower control arm bushing, steering tie rod inner or outer. yours sounds so bad it should be easy to spot. have someone turn wheel while you inspect.also hold foot on brake and go from drive to reverse and back.
