I have a 1993 Ford Tempo 4 cylinder that has 140,000 miles on it. It has been a great car until recently. It is idiling very high and slamming into gear, especially reverse. It will get up to 45 miles per hour without touching the gas pedal. I have been told it could be idle air control, O2 sensor, and/or throttle sensor/throttle positioning body. Any suggestions.
