I experianced lack of power during exclleration up a hill. Turned around went home but it was WAY sluggish. Could not go over 35. Got home. Can this be the fuel pump? Where is it to replace?

Thank you,
Janell

Fuel pump is in the gas tank...have the pressure tested, it can be other things, like clogged converter, or timing is off a tooth or two...
