I have a 92' Tempo that the heater controls are all broken. They are falling out of the dash. Then a friend gave me a 90' Tempo with the same heater controls. I need to know what to do to take this part out of the dash.

I am also needing to know if there is a way to make the automatic seatbelts work.

tempo heater controls are a nightmare! you can go to the library and look up the instructions in an auto repair manual. you can also access library material on the net. try a google search also you never what google can do for you! also your seat belt question has been asked before so look at older posts to find it. there is a seat belt control module behind the glove box.
