1992 Ford Tempo auto door locks

My right side doors stay locked. My auto lock/unlock doesn't work at all. I can unlock front with key but back is not as easy. Any help on fixing problem. I don't need the auto lock so if I can overrde that or disconnect it that would be fine.

This, unfortunately is a major headache with fords!Their lock motor's output shaft corrodes because the rubber accordian seal falis/desintegrates with age. Only cure is to use pliers to pull on lock knobs or disassemble door and replace motors.I'm not sure if you can just disconnect motors from linkage and make them manual.I will come back and edit post later.
