1987 Ford Tempo Fuel pump

Engine turns over won't start no fuel. Can't hear fuel pump in tank when key is on. My question: is there a fuse or pump relay?

both and also a safety switch in the trunk. do a search of this forum for fuel issues for more details. there's also a test plug to check pump by applying 12volts. i think it bypasses fuse and relay but not trunk switch.
