Trouoble code PO430

I have a 97 ford taurus 3.0 V6 . I pulled the code PO430 from the data link connector and was wondering what part of the system it relates too if perhaps it is the O2 sensor bank 2 or what.

That code requires a series of tests which ultimately determine if the cat is bad, however you should check all the vacuum, electrical connections and so on first.. I have to check and get back with you, but I think a pal of mine had this code on his Lincoln, turned out to be something with the fuel system, wiring or some issue...
