None of my windows operate. The 30 Amp fuse under hood is good and replaced relay under dash as well. What now? Randy

i have a 97 explorer.
none of my windows will work and the driver side is stuck down.
all fuses and relays are fine.
power locks, seats, remote access and sunroof work fine.
im lost .
