I HAVE A 2002 FORD TAURUS 3.0 V-6 (VIN2) FLEX FUEL ATM 43,674 MILES. FUEL GAUGE INOP AT TIMES. REPLACED SENDING UNIT. DIDN'T HELP. ANY SUGGESTION?

possibly a grounding issue at the gauge itself??

I have same problem with my car 2000 Taurus SE
FFV. My advice is the problem may come from Slash module located in instr. cluster or bad fuel gauge.
