Ford Taurus Under hood on right side noise

1999 Ford taurus 40,000 Miles, V6 recently been hearing noise, as if a bird is chirping under the right side of the hood. Checked it out and inoise is coming from the belt area. I hear the noise as soon as I start the car and when I am driving, but it comes and goes.

Hey there, your problem is the camshaft synchronizer
on the right side of motor
a common problem for that motor
