I have a 2006 Ford Taurus with around 83k miles on it. I am having two issues that seem to be worsening. First issue: Whenever my car is idling (the longer I have been driving, the worse it is) or driving at very slow speeds, the car makes a moaning noise from the engine and harsh vibrations go through the car. The sound almost sounds like the car is going to stall, though it hasn't yet. Second issue: Whenever my car is moving, even at slow speeds like 5 mph, I hear a clicking noise from what sounds like the front tires on both sides. This has been getting worse. It started off when driving next to a car, wall, building, etc., but now you can hear the noise in semi quiet environments. Its about a 4 on a 1-10 scale. Any thoughts? If you need additional info, let me know. Thanks!

If have check engine light on, have to check for codes, as codes will indicate to the problem
Sound as you drive should check and suspect wheel bearings, and also check the brakes
