Three times in the past few weeks when I start my car the instrument gauges--tachnometer, battery indicator, speedometer and gas gauge--do not work, they just shake up and down, making a slight clicking noise. When I turn the car off and on again, they start working normally. I have not had any other problems, other then occasionally the car not wanting to crank up right away. (could the two things be related??)
