2006 Ford Taurus dash gauges and windows

In the morning when i start my car, my gauges (tach,fuel) don't work for about 20 seconds and if i try to roll down my window (any of them(power)) nothing works for about 2-3 minutes and then they work fine the rest of the day.

Have the body control module tested.
