Still having problem with the lights flickering and rpms not holding steady. Have replaced fuel filter, spark plugs, and an air boot. Cleaned the idle air control valve and carb. Has clean oil. Check engine light is not on. Alternator and battery test good. Clean air filter. What could be causing this?

Check for vacuum leaks
start engine and try to check for vacuum leaks
remove battery terminals , check ,clean and retighten
