Air Conditioning problem
2005 Ford Taurus Automatic

front floor board, passenger side, under floor mat, you can visibly see water standing, the top of floor mat is not wet. I've been told that it is probably a clogged up line from ac, that instead of draining out on the ground it is coming back inside the car. How do I fix this or could there be something else? The ac works great? temp avgerage lately 100 degrees and the ac will freeze you, but when I get home I always have to shop vac water out of floor board.

that sounds like the problem. Under the hood on the passanger side of the firewall, you will see a black hose pointing toward the road. Check it to see if it it is clogged. Let me know what you find.

I looked for the hose, but could not find it, however I did see where one may have been. There is just a hole coming from the firewall, is that normal or did something come off? Thank you for your info.

There shouldn't be a hole in the firewall. Something is missing.
