2005 Ford Taurus Poor Air conditioning after 10-15 minutes

Pretty much had this problem since I bought the car used in 2006. After driving for about 10-15 minutes on the highways or in town the air conditioning seems to fail and blow nothing but warm air. I have had 3 shops look at it, but they all say that it is running fine. They don't run the car long enough to notice the failing temperatures.

Many possibilities have to start by checking for codes and check system refrigerant if low or need to be flushed and replaced
