I have a 2005 ford Taurus flex fuel 3 Liter that is occasionally hard to start (cranks fine). Using my scanner I noticed that the fuel pressure remains constant regardless of the vacuum applied to the fuel pressure regulator. There are no signs of leakage around the regulator. Does this sound like my regulator is faulty?
