Electrical problem
2005 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 2005 Ford Taurus recently has been very difficult to disengage from park. I have to apply extreme pressure on the shifter release button. I can turn the key a little farther and it disengages normally.
The cruise control has failed to work since this problem started. I have a feeling it is some type of fuse or electrical problem.
