It makes a chirping noise? I couldnt gather much from your post, only the title.You replaced the wires? hows the drive belt look? if any cracks or shiny, replace it.If noise is coming from trans area( distributor-back of engine), you may have a Cam Position Sensor housing going bad, the bushings in them went away and would chirp like a bad belt
