2004 Ford Taurus water leak

I have a 2004 Taurus with 44267 miles. I'm having water coming into the car on the passager side. The cowl side was replaced and the heater box has also been replaced. The both was replaced in January of 2007, at the ford dealership. Can you tell me how I can get the problem to stop leaking.
