2004 Ford Taurus rough idle

I recently did a tune up on my car. i changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, oil, air filter, the belt. Now when the cars idleing it starts running rough and the idle starts jumping up and down. It happens when i stop at a red light to. What could be causing this?
