No air blows out of the vents when the heater or air conditioner is on. What could be the problem?

Check your blower motor fuse and relay.
If they're good, you probably have a bad blower motor.
Quick check: does it work at high fan speed (4, 5?)?
If so, your problem would be a bad blower resistor.
