When do I need to replace my front brake rotors on my 2004 Taurus SES (24Valve DOHC)? The min thickness is listed at 24.75mm (.9745in). I currently have a minimum of 1.017" thickness on one rotor. The other is fine at over 1.2" or more.

At what measured thickness is it recommended to replace the rotors?
