do the parts of a 2002 work for a 2004, parts like the air conditioner pully, air control, work and fit without causing conflict,

go to your local parts store and ask for the parts you need for both year vehicles. Compare part numbers for each part you are interested in.

Or, go online to various parts suppliers such as autozone.com or rockauto.com and compare part numbers.

Many parts are interchangeable for different year taurus, some are year-vehicle specific. You just need to do some research.

Rockauto.com also has a reverse-search feature...click on the part number to see the year range where the particular part will fit. Double-check with your supplier, though to make sure.
