2003 Ford Taurus vibration

when accelerating going uphill or sometimes on level surfaces, I get a rough vibration in the engine compartment which makes my dashboard tremble. when this happens I'm also experiencing lack of pulling power. alignment is ok and all steering mechanisms.Please help!!

Are you getting check engine light on and or blinking
and if so get the codes
I would suspect tune up or bad coil
also would check fuel pressure too
