2003 Ford Taurus Turn signal indicator lights shining brigh

The dash lights do not always work, both turn indicators shine brightly and they are the only lights on the dash. All information and warning lights seem to be functioning fine. Just no lights on the dashboard

First make sure the connections to the rear of the dash are tight and clean. IF they are, check the headlight switch. It is where the power comes from.
