2003 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Automatic 95,000 miles

I had the transmission rebuilt 20,000 miles ago. Now, when I start off slowly from a dead stop, the transmission hesitates and slips
When I start out briskly from a dead start it shifts fine.
I had the transmission taken out and inspected. The mechanic said it looked like new.
I have taken it to 4 places including a Ford dealer and noone can figure the problem out. Please help

im sure the problem is in the transmission, take it to another transmission shop and have them road test. this is something that will need road testing to properly diagnose.
