2003 Ford Taurus size of tires

Tires and Wheels problem
2003 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I was looking at my tires and three of the tires are p215 60r16 and i took off the left rear tire and it is a p215 70r16 will this effect the car in any way?

Most definitely. That will mess up the ABS system and the wheel alignment.
