The front rotors have been a problem from the beginning,I've owned the since new,the dealer has replaced the rotors and pads three times with the rotors being turned numerous times in between,I have had this done a fourth time at an independent shop because it didn't cost me nearly as much and I figured that if they warp again at least I didn't spend as much as I did at the dealer. They all seem indifferent to this problem and in researching this problem on the internet I see I'm not alone,by the way I owned a 1993 aerostar with similar brake problems, seems to be a pattern.I hope you can help.

The problem is heat warping the rotors and or uneven lug nut tightening, Torque wrench must be used...about the only thing you can try is crossdrilled rotors for the extra cooling...
