You need to pull the caliper off the bracket and rotor off of the hub. The broken studs can be driven inward popping them out. The new ones are installed from the rear and drwan in using a extra lug nut. Sometimes the passageway to get the studs into the hub is restricted and minor grinding of the stud base allows entry.
