power steering fluid is gushing out of the pump?

Hi i`ve notticed that the power steering fluid is gushing out of the pump and also leaking under the engine i thought it was engine oil but i looks like power steering fluid also it makes a noise when i turn and its been kind of hard to turn. please help me figure this out thanks,will
