I have water on the floor of my right passenger side. I took it to a repair shop and they said I needed a new heater coil. The cost is about 750 because they have to take the air conditioning unit out. However, in looking at your website (2006 question), I do not have anti-freeze on my carpet - it seems to be just water. So, could it be a plugged drain (it has rained a lot here last week)? Please advise. Thank you.

Do you have a coolant loose
is it overheating
is your windshield forges up
do you have a strange antifreeze sweet odder in the car
if you answer yes
to any one of them question
it is very possible that it is the heater core
if its clear water
then check your drain
it is plugged
hope that help
let me know

If it's not antifreeze, do you have the cabin air filter? There have been issues with the shroud cover in the engine compartment routing water down into the passenger compartment, usually resulting in fried electronics behind the glove box. Check it out, there is a fix detailed on the web, do a search.
