My car just started shutting off while driving, I lose all power (radio, a/c & dash lights will shut off) & the car feels like it going to stall out (I don't have to restart it, it just simply stalls). It only happens for a brief second, I'm concerned that it may turn into a much bigger problem. Any ideas why it might be doing that?

Sounds like your losing a power supply somewhere. Check all you cables, fusible links and power feed wires, including the ignition switch plug.
