My 2003 Taurus makes a humming noise while driving down the road, it seems to becoming from my tires, is this a sign that they need replaced? I have also noticed a noise when I go over bumps or potholes, I recently had new tire rods, bearings and ball joints replaced and it is still making this noise, any suggestions?

the noise could be coming from the hub bearing, does the noise change from left to right? the noise in the front end is most likely caused by the sway bar end links
