2003 Ford Taurus No air in vents but AC working

I have a 2003 ford taurus sedan. The AC started acting up yesterday. I checked under the hood. The AC was working but no air seems to be comin through the vent. What could it be?

Check blower motor fuse and relay
check for battery power and ground at the blower motor
