I had my car for 3 months and it just stopped one day. Wouldn't move forward or backward. Official statement was the radiator pump had malfunctioned and I had water in the transmission and oil in the radiator.

Even though the warranty I had stated they covered all repairs regarding the radiator, they refused to pay for a new transmission or any repairs because there was water in the transmission.

I have never heard of this happening before. Please help as I still have 3 years to pay on this car and $5,000 bill I can't pay? Could you please give me some insight into this matter.

If yours has a transmission cooler in the radiator, the transmission lines will connect to the plastic side tank, if this tank crack inside the radiator the fluids will mix, so tell the warrantee company that the radiator falure CUASED the transmission failure, so it should be covered!
