While driving with my heater running I hear a chirping noise. It cycles at approximately every 3 seconds and the RPM increases slightly when the chirp is heard then goes back down. Is there a belt that needs to be replaced? Why would the heater affect my RPMs? Or could it be something other than the heater?

Hi there,

Some times small bits of leaf litter can work there way into the fan cavity, and as the van rotates it makes this type of noise, failing that a bearing in the fan motor may be dry and noisy.
