2003 Ford Taurus Driver Side Door Window Problem

My 03 Taurus has had a problem with the drivers side window for a few years now. The window will roll down but will not roll back up. The switch and motor have been checked and both are fine. I replaced the relay but no change. Does the Body COntrol Module control the window circuits?
