2003 Ford Taurus belt tensioner and belt replacement

I need to replace the serpentine belt on my 2003 Taurus and, because of the mileage, I want to install a new belt tensioner also. I looked at the tensioner and I am not sure how to remove it. Can you give me information to help me?
