2003 Ford Taurus anti-theft system

Took battery out of car to check it, when I put battery back in car the theft system went off, and now the car want crank, and the theft system keeps going off. I've tryed every thing the book says to do. And I don't have the remote for the car (lost it )
Don't know what to do next. Please help if you can !

Try this
disconnect the battery
turn ignition key to ON position
reconnect the battery
that should take care of it
or
use the key to lock and unlock the doors
and or the trunk
