2002 Ford Taurus Warping sound

I have had a warping sound coming from my drivers side front wheel, had it looked at, they told me it was my tire. it had worn funny due to all the construction that i drove in daily. I just purchased new tires and the sound is still there. Any suggestions as to what it might be?

suspect bearing
as driving does the sound change as turn left or right a bit as going straight and if so suspect bearing
