When I accelerate, the steering wheel shakes likes crazy. Everything is fine until I hit 60mph and then the shakin begins. It starts and stops after that...not always constant. I know that I need new tires, but is that the only problem? Will getting new tires take care of this?

Get the tires replaced and also have the wheel alignment and suspension checked out-
