ok,
It is the wifes car, she told me it was starting slowly, yesterday. I went out and it started kinda slowly but it started. I cleaned the negative terminal on the battery, it was a bit corroded.
I was going to take it to a shop this morning to check it out and it will not turn over. I ask a neighbor to give me a jump and nothing. I have power in the battery, enough to run the lights, good and bright, the radio, fans on the ac blower etc. It does nothing at all on trying to turn the starter over.
Is it hard to replace and does it sound like the starter has gone bad?
