When i go over bumps the and the car kinds bounces up and down from the bumps the car vibrates...and it seems like when i have passengers in the car it constantly vibrates i guess because of the excess weight? Any ideas?

Have your suspension system checked. Seems like your strut and/or spring coil need replacing.
